Holy sore muscles, Batman

I started a new body weight training program thought up by the guys/girls over at Nerd Fitness, and holy moly.. those are tough, and it was just the beginner program!

  • 20 body weight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
  • 15 second plank
  • 30 Jumping Jacks

The goal is to be able to eventually get through this program three times in a row with out stopping, and then move on to the advanced program.
